minty strawberries and cream smoothie
You may not know this, but mint and strawberries are super compatible.

depth when blended into this nourishing shake. Mint provides more

Ingredients:
5 frozen strawberries
1/4 medium avocado, peeled
and pitted
3 pitted medjool dates
1 small handful fresh mint
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon (8 g) chia seeds
1 1/2 cups (355 ml) coconut milk
5 to 6 ice cubes
Preparation:
In a blender, combine all the
ingredients.
Blend on high for 20 seconds or
until smooth. Enjoy immediately
and sip slowly.
